Six things your strip will read
Your strip checks six parameters in one dip. Some results will confirm everything's in expected ranges. Others might be worth a brief conversation with us. Either way, you'll have a clear picture.
Free Chlorine
Added during treatment to keep water safe. Higher levels can affect taste and smell.
pH Level
How acidic or alkaline your water is. Values outside normal range can affect taste and pipes.
Lead
Can enter water through older pipes. Undetectable by taste or smell. The strip gives you a picture.
Iron & Copper
Elevated levels may show as fixture staining, a metallic taste, or visible discolouration.
Total Hardness
Calcium and magnesium content, relevant to scale build-up on appliances and fixtures.
Nitrate & Nitrite
Typically low in treated metropolitan water. A useful baseline reading for your property.
