We refer to the recent discussions regarding our offer to provide subscription based plumbing services.
We are pleased to offer you our services in accordance with the terms set out in this document.

The Customer.
The Services
In this agreement, We agree, and You accept, that We provide You with the Service during the
Service Term for the Payment.
The Service does not include the Exclusions or any other matter excluded herein.
This agreement is subject to, and conditional upon Our Terms and Conditions of Trade, a copy of
which is accessible
The frequency of the service calls or any other item set out in the Inclusion must be reasonable and
such assessment is determined by Us at our absolute discretion.
In the event of inconsistency between this document and Our Terms and Conditions of Trade, this
document shall prevail.
Reasonable endeavours to schedule Service as soon as reasonably possible during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Attending properties within our service area - the service area is to be at the discretion of OM

You MUST be fair, kind, and courteous when dealing with any member of the OM organisation.
All members of the OM organisation MUST be fair, kind, and courteous when dealing with all clients and members. We are here to work together and move forward in this life. At any time any member
can call in to book an appropriate time to address any issues or disagreements present.
15% off all services for duration of membership
Includes:
-15% discount on all services performed by OM for the duration of your membership
-Upfront and standardised pricing
Excludes:
-Any discount on works sub-contracted or outsourced by OM
10 year labour warranty
Includes:
-This extended warranty strictly covers labour/workmanship only
Excludes:
-Product failure, wear and tear from general/incorrect use or failure due to lack of maintenance up keep
50% off our monthly promotions
Includes:
-50% discount applies to promotional offers only (i.e discounted roof inspection or drain check).
Excludes:
-50% discount does not apply and cannot be claimed for quoted work or general service calls
Free 10 point home plumbing health check
Includes:
-The 10 point plumbing health check includes the inspection and report on the following:
Hot water service check
Flexi hoses check
Roof and gutters check
Toilet check
Sink/basin and tapware check
Drain CCTV inspection (First hour only)
Water pressure test
Gas pressure test
Pump check (If applicable)
Check of all accessible pipework
-A condition report and obligation free quotation on repairs (If required)
Excludes:
-Servicing, repairs or fault finding on any item on the 10 point checklist.
Inspection of any item outside of the 10 point checklist unless discussed otherwise prior to our attendance.
-Roof inspections that require fall protection, hand railing, scaffolding or elevated work platforms for safe access
Priority scheduling
Includes:
-Your service call or quote booking to be at the time/day of your choice (Mon-Fri 7am-3:00) with reasonable notice
-Your service call or quote booking being prioritised over over non-member bookings
Excludes:
-Bookings outside of regular business hours (Mon-Fri 7am-3:00)
Guaranteed Same Day Service - (Called in Before 9am)
Includes:
-Guaranteed same day service call if booked before 9am (Mon-Fri 7am-3:00)
-A reasonable response time by our technicians
Excludes:
-Works being completed the same day if time required for the works exceeds the time remaining in our regular business hours
-Booking to be at the time of your choice if unavailable
Terms and Conditions of Trade
Acceptance
You can accept this agreement by:
a. Signing it and returning a copy to Us; or
b. Paying Our invoice.
Binding Agreement
This document is legally binding upon You signing this document.
Business Hours
Meaning 7 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Confidentiality
The agreements and information in this document, and all previous discussions between You and Us, are strictly private and confidential. This document and such discussions may only be disclosed to third parties if We give Our prior approval, the disclosure is to a legal or other professional advisor or the disclosure is required by law.

You must contact OM office via phone 03 9501 377 or email maintenance@outrightplumbing.com.au and You must include a description of work required to be rectified and photos of the affected leak/blockage or a description of the work required.
Payment Commencement Date
The amount payable at the start of each service term in advance. This will either be $99 or $149 including GST relative to which subscription you have selected
Renewal term(s)
This Service term is set to automatically renew at the Service expiry date without any notice.
In order to opt out of this Service, You must provide Us with a notice in writing not less than 2 months from the Service expiry date notifying Us of Your intention not to renew the Service.
Service Commencement Date
The date of signing of this document.
Service Expiry Date
At the end of the 12th or 36th month of the signing of this document. Relevant to the subscription you have selected
Service Term
12 or 36 months from the date of signing this document automatically renewing without further notice unless You provide Us a notice in writing requesting the stoppage of this Service.
Services
The services set out in this agreement and accompanies by the document titled Terms and Conditions of Trade a copy of which has or is to be provided to you before the signing of this document.
You must pay for the Services in advance in order to qualify for these Services in this document.
Customer is responsible for any additional service work provided outside the scope of the service partner plan.
Changing Of Terms
The terms of this agreement is subject to change at any time without notice
