We’re proud to be a fully licensed and insured team with qualifications protecting our customers and crew. Here are the ones we think matter most.
- Plumbing licences: Every plumber on our team is qualified, with licence numbers you can look up. Our co-founder, Ben Rayner, holds BPC Licence No. 105462.
- Insurance cover: We carry WorkCover and $20 million public liability insurance with Vero Insurance, valid until 2026.
- Victorian warranty: Plumbing work in Victoria is backed by a six-year cover against defects, starting from completion or compliance certificate.
- Workmanship guarantee: Every job is done to a standard we’d want in our own homes, and we stand by it with a guarantee.
- Quality control: After each job, we make a “Happy Call” to check that everything was clear, respectful, and done right.

BPC
