Why we do what we do
We started Outright Plumbing in 2012 from our family garage in Braeside. Ben had been plumbing since he was a teenager, and Danielle’s background in construction finance meant we had the right mix of skills to get things off the ground. After years of seeing how rushed and impersonal the trade could feel, we wanted to do things differently. The idea was simple: build a local business where people knew their plumber, trusted the advice, and felt confident the job was done right.
That’s still what drives us today. We listen first, we turn up when we say we will, and we take the time to explain things properly. It’s not about quick fixes or pushing for extra work. It’s about giving people the kind of service we’d expect in our own homes.
Over time we’ve grown into a close-knit team, but we’ve kept those same values at the core. This community is home for us, and looking after it is what makes the work worthwhile.
