We’d rather be upfront, so here it is in plain English.

Your membership runs for 12 months and renews automatically at $99 a year.

We warn you before renewal

We always email you 30 days before it renews, with your savings for the year and how to cancel.

No lock-in contract

Once you’ve used a member benefit, the $99 isn’t refundable for that year. You can cancel any time before your next renewal.

How do I pay?

Our office will call you to take payment over the phone once you request to join.

When does the 10-point health check happen?

Any time during your membership year. We’ll remind you so it doesn’t go to waste.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before your next renewal. We’ll always warn you 30 days out.

Will I see my member discount on the quote?

Yes. Your quote shows the standard price with 10% taken off, so there’s nothing to claim.

Is there a call-out fee?

No. We waive your $45 diagnostic fee as a member, so there’s no charge for us to come out and assess the job.

How much is it?

$99 a year including GST. Most members make it back on their first job, and the free 10-point health check alone is valued at $349.
