If anything we fix or install fails because of our workmanship, we come back and sort it — no labour charge — for ten years from the original job. Covers any Outright work, not just things done after you joined.

15% off all services

A flat discount on every service while your membership is active. Applies to call-outs, repairs, hot water installs, drain clearing, the lot. No exclusions, no minimum spend.

50% off seasonal service offers

We run a handful of seasonal jobs each year — gutter clean-outs, anode replacements, CCTV inspections. Members get them at half price. We'll email when each one's open.

10-point plumbing health check

A 30-minute on-site walk-through — hot water unit, stop valve, pressure, gas appliances, sewer line, drains, gutters, internal taps. You get a written report with photos and a flag-list of anything worth watching. Silver and Gold get one per year; Platinum is unlimited.

Priority scheduling

Members get booked ahead of non-members when both call on the same day. In practice that's the difference between getting a same-day slot and waiting until tomorrow.

Same-day service before 9am

If you call before 9am with a problem we can fix the same day, we will — or we credit you the call-out fee. Doesn't cover roof work in unsafe conditions, parts on order, or jobs requiring permits.

What if I never use it?
That's fine, and a bit of the goal. The membership pays for itself the first time you use the health check, or the first time you need a repair. If you don't need us in a given year, you don't — we'd rather that than the alternative.
Can I cancel?
Silver: cancel any time before your next annual renewal — we won't charge you again. Gold: the 3-year term is locked, but if you sell the property mid-term we transfer the remaining cover to the new owner at no charge. Platinum: not refundable, but stays with the property for life.
What does the 15% discount apply to?
Every Outright service that has a price — call-outs, labour, fixed-price jobs, hot water installs, drain work. It doesn't apply to materials sold at trade cost, third-party warranty claims, or work already discounted under another arrangement (like a builder's warranty).
What's a "seasonal service offer"?
Four times a year we run a single, scoped service at a member-only price — usually one per season. Past examples: gutter clean ahead of winter, CCTV inspection before storm season, hot water anode replacement. We email you when each one opens.
How does the 10-year labour warranty actually work?
Any work an Outright plumber has carried out on your property since you joined is covered for 10 years from the date of that job. If our workmanship fails — not the part, our work — we return and fix it without a labour charge. Manufacturer parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we'll lodge for you.
What happens if I move house?
Silver and Gold are tied to your account, not the address — the cover moves with you within our South East Melbourne service area. Platinum is tied to the property, so the cover stays with the home (and helps if you're selling).
Is there a catch?
No. The membership is a maintenance arrangement — predictable cover for predictable costs. We'd rather customers who use us once a year and stay happy than one-off jobs that never call again. That's the entire economic logic.
