Outright Plumbing 7-Year Workmanship Guarantee

Outright Plumbing backs every completed job with a 7-year workmanship guarantee, in line with our VBA agreement.

This guarantee covers the labour and installation carried out by our licensed technicians. If a fault develops as a result of our workmanship within 7 years of the job's completion date, we'll return and rectify it at no additional charge.

‍

The guarantee covers defects arising from the work we performed — it does not cover pre-existing conditions, unrelated faults, or normal wear and tear on fixtures and parts.

‍

Parts and materials supplied by manufacturers carry their own separate manufacturer's warranty, which we'll help you claim if needed.

‍

Parts and materials not supplied by us may not be covered.

‍

The guarantee applies to the original job address and is not transferable to a new owner or property.

‍

Damage caused by misuse, third-party work, or events outside our control (e.g. storm damage, foreign-object blockages) is not covered.

‍

A minimum service charge of $175 + GST applies for service calls not covered by warranty. Warranty service calls are carried out Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm; calls outside these hours incur an additional charge.

This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
