Outright Plumbing does not charge a call-out fee.

A $45 diagnostic fee (incl. GST) applies for the inspection, assessment, and quotation of your plumbing issue. This fee covers our technician’s time, travel, and expertise in identifying the problem and providing a detailed quote.

• If you accept the quote on-site during the visit, the $45 diagnostic fee is waived.
• ⁠If you choose not to proceed with the quoted work at the time of the visit, the $45 diagnostic fee will be payable upon completion.
• ⁠If you decide to proceed with the quoted work at a later date, the $45 diagnostic fee will be deducted from the cost of the approved works

All quotes are provided upfront with no hidden fees. Any additional work will always be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.
