Ben’s the bloke who started Outright Plumbing with a toolbox and a dream. Eighteen years on, he’s still leading the crew with the same drive and care he had at sixteen.
Rayner’s story
Ben grew up in Bayside and picked up the tools at sixteen. By twenty, he’d already earned his stripes, and in 2012, he and Danielle launched Outright Plumbing from their garage.
He’s built a reputation on honesty, hard work, and putting people first. These days, he leads both the construction and maintenance sides of the business while still keeping close ties with customers.
